What makes a correction easy to act on
Three things, and a message with all three usually gets fixed the same week:
- The page, by its address.
- The figure, quoted as it appears.
- Where the right one is printed — a clause number in an operator's terms, a line in the game's information panel, an entry in a licence register.
A message saying a page is wrong without the third item takes longer, because the first thing this desk does with any correction is go and look. Pointing at where to look removes the slowest step.
Corrections are taken seriously for a practical reason: a wrong number on a site about one game is not a small error, it is most of the site. If an operator's terms have changed since a row was written, the terms win and the row is rewritten. If a figure disagrees with the board, the board wins. What this desk cannot do
Get money out of a casino. No access, no leverage, no relationship that would help. The operator's own support is first; after that, the authority named in its licence register entry, which is printed in the table precisely so it can be used.
Explain how to reach a service that has restricted you. Not covered here in any form. An account opened by misrepresenting where it is gets that discovered when a withdrawal is requested, which is the most expensive moment for it to happen.
Give legal or tax advice. Not what this site is, and not something an anonymous page should be doing for anybody.
Tell you how to win. The round is settled when the stake is committed. There is no lane, pattern or timing that improves it — the home page lists the five claims that circulate anyway.
Press, operators and studios
Corrections from operators are welcome on the same terms as anybody else's: point at the clause. An operator that believes its row is out of date will get it checked against its current published terms.
