The money · the operators
Where the game runs, and what each operator writes down
Eight operators, each read against Bangladesh specifically: the licence number checked in the register that issued it, the restricted-country list read rather than assumed, the verification clause quoted by number, and the withdrawal cap where one is published. What is not known is printed as not known.
This table is not a list of the best casinos. It is a list of what eight operators have written down about themselves, checked where checking was possible, with the gaps left visible.

The first row is an advertised placement: this site takes a commission if you open it and deposit, and that is what pays for the site. The placement buys the position at the top of the list. It does not buy the score beside it, which is calculated for every operator with the same checks and the same denominator — and which is why two operators below the first row carry a higher number than it does.
What each column was read from
The licence. Not the badge in the operator's footer, which anybody can draw. The number was looked up in the register of the authority that issued it, and the row prints the holder company the register names — which is not always the company the marketing names. Curaçao entries resolve at the Curaçao Gaming Authority's certificate register; Anjouan entries at the Anjouan Gaming Board's.
Bangladesh. Every operator here publishes a list of countries it will not accept, and this country is absent from all eight. That is a fact about their terms, not a guarantee about an individual account, and lists are revised without announcement.
Verification. Two kinds, and the difference matters more than most comparison sites admit. A threshold operator publishes an amount above which documents are required — you can plan around it. A risk-based operator publishes a clause saying it may ask at any time for its own reasons — you cannot. Both are legitimate; only one is predictable. The clause number is printed so the sentence can be found rather than taken on trust.
Withdrawal caps. Where an operator publishes one, it is in the row with its clause. Three of the eight do: 1,000,000 USDT a week under clause 6.10, 5,000 USD a month under clause 11.5, and 15,000 EUR a month under clause 11.8. The 5,000 a month is the one to notice — it is reachable from a single long ladder on a Hard card.
Coins. The list in the cashier, counted. Every operator here is crypto-only, which is why the route from a mobile wallet is the longest page on this site.
Payout speed. Blank, deliberately, on every row. This desk prints withdrawal times only where it has timed one itself, and it has not timed these operators from this market. An empty column is more useful than a number somebody guessed.
What the table cannot tell you
Whether the game will open. Catalogues are filtered by country and by licence, and a title that appears in a lobby's search index is not necessarily a title that will launch. The check takes a minute and costs nothing: open the operator's lobby, find the title, start it in demo mode. If it runs, it runs. More on what a demo does and does not prove.
Whether an operator will still take the same view of this country next month. Restricted lists are terms, and terms change.
What a specific account will be asked for. A risk-based clause means exactly that.
Before you pick one
Read the exit before using the entrance: the minimum withdrawal, the monthly cap, and what triggers a verification request. All three are published by every operator in this table, all three are boring, and all three decide what happens after a win rather than before it. The deposits and withdrawals page goes through them in order.
If a row here disagrees with an operator’s current terms, the terms win and the row gets rewritten — point at the clause and it is checked.
Then size the session against the board rather than against the balance — the stake chips and the flat bonus-buy price are what the money actually meets — and if you have not decided which of the two builds to open, the Medium card is the deciding factor.
